to attend Johnson & Wales University!
We look forward to having you become an active member of the university community. Coming to college will bring many changes to your life, and the Office of New Student Orientation and Support Programs has designed an orientation program to assist you in making a smooth transition into your new environment.
Attendance at an orientation session is mandatory for all incoming students. We have created a fall make-up session for all students who were unable to attend and participate in our summer program. Register online to reserve your place.
During Orientation you will meet with representatives in your chosen school or college, take academic placement exams (which will enable us to register you for appropriate level courses), learn about campus resources, network with upper-class student leaders and make new friends. You will be busy, but you will walk away with a clearer perspective of university life and the information to successfully begin your academic career.
